Yes. We provide free samples for stock products to verified buyers; you only cover the express shipping (DHL/FedEx, typically USD 30–50). For customized samples with your logo or packaging, a sample fee applies and is refundable against your first bulk order.

Standard production lead time is 25–35 days after deposit and artwork confirmation. We ship worldwide via sea (FOB Ningbo/Shanghai), air, or express. Bulk sea shipments to the US West Coast typically take 18–25 days; door-to-door DDP service is also available on request.
